To enhance educational exchanges between Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao, under the support of the Department of Teacher Education of Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, the Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, and the Education Bureau of the Hong Kong SAR Government, The Education University of Hong Kong has established the 'Principal and Teacher Synergistic Innovation Training Center' to implement professional development exchange programs.
These exchange programs focus on STEAM education, artificial intelligence education, and science education. Through thematic lectures, school visits, and collaborative seminars, they aim to cultivate principals' and teachers' capabilities in developing innovative education for the future.

Certification: Participants must achieve a passing grade in all assessment tasks and meet the minimum attendance requirement of the course.

Eligibility and Arrangement
Applicants must be currently serving principal, vice-principal, panel head or teacher in government, aided, caput, Direct Subsidy Scheme (DSS), or private secondary/ primary school.

If applications exceed capacity, priority will be given to maintaining a balanced ratio of primary and secondary school principals, followed by a lottery if necessary.
a) If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or the Black Rainstorm Warning is cancelled by 12:00 noon, afternoon sessions will proceed as scheduled. Otherwise, all afternoon activities will be cancelled.
b) Updates will be emailed to participants by The Education University of Hong Kong.
